TES Band Mentorship
The Regular and Advanced Band Mentorship Programs are designed for students who want to take their music experience a step further. Playing music with others gives a greater understanding of notes, rhythm, and theory through experiential learning. It gives students a chance to explore different sounds and instruments in a peer-based environment.
Regular Bands:
1 hour practice once a week
Learn with a group of peers
Learn at least 2 cover songs
Work with an experienced mentor
Focus: Exploration + growth
3 performances a year
Band Camp encouraged
Lower time commitment
Low flat $100 monthly tuition
Advanced Bands:
1.5 hr practice once a week
Learn with a committed group of peers
Learn multiple cover songs
Write, Record, & Release an Original Song
Work with an experienced mentor/mentors
Focus: Performing band experience
6 performances a year
Band Camp/Band Tour required
Higher time commitment
Low flat $125 monthly tuition
